Why are your lashes so expensive?
Our lashes are handcrafted one by one. You’re paying for quality, labor, and the vegan and animal cruelty free materials used to create these lashes. Also, with proper care you can get 40+ wears out of our lashes. Our prices are pretty reasonable considering other retailers.
How long is the processing times ?
Processing can take up to three days, however, our goal is to have items shipped out in 24 hours.
How long does shipping take ?
Shipping can take 3-4 business days, we ship through USPS. You will receive a tracking number so you can follow your package throughout the mail stream.
How do I get the most wears out of my lashes?
You must remove excess lash glue & mascara after every use. You can do so with a lash cleaner or use soapy water and a Q-tip, allow to dry completely before next use.
Oops! I made an error while entering my shipping address, can I change it ?
Unfortunately no, once an order has been processed and is scheduled for shipping, it will be shipped to the address you entered into the system. We are not responsible for incorrect address information provided by the customer.
Help, I never received my package, what do I do ?
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have left our facility. Each package is insured and will be subjected to a claim investigation with the USPS.
